THE Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is currently developing a new recruitment framework to bring veteran artisans from the informal sector into public schools to teach practical subjects in vocational education. This proposal was recently announced by the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Professor Carolyne Nombo, at the Ministry’s performance review conference held in Dodoma.
