Rwanda has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening relations with Southern African Development Community (SADC) member states, with Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe emphasizing deeper regional cooperation as a pathway to peace, sustainable development and shared prosperity.
